Party Yacht events are strictly 21+ and require valid, government-issued ID for entry. We reserve the right to deny entry to any individual who does not meet the age requirement, without refund.

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the event without a refund. Party Yacht reserves the right to enforce this policy to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.

5. Event Cancellations and Rescheduling
In rare cases, Party Yacht may cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, we will notify ticket holders promptly, and refunds will be issued solely at our discretion, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Party Yacht is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during our events. By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation and release Party Yacht from any claims or liability.

12. Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for Photography & Videography permission

The Participant grants permission to PartyYacht.ae to capture, use, and share photographs and videos taken during events or activities hosted by the Company. These materials may be used for any lawful purposes including, but not limited to, social media, website content, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
The Participant agrees to the following terms:
The Company has the right to use, edit, publish, and distribute the captured images and footage for any commercial, promotional, or other lawful purposes.
The Company may use the media on platforms such as social media, websites, brochures, advertisements, or any other promotional medium, without any restriction on the number of times or geographical limits.
The Participant agrees that no compensation will be provided for the use of the images or videos.
The Company agrees to not use the media in a way that is defamatory, offensive.
 

13. Offer & Promotions

By providing your phone number and name, you consent to receiving updates, promotional offers, and communication via WhatsApp from our business.
We respect your privacy, and your information will only be used for WhatsApp & Email marketing and will not be shared with third parties.

 

14. Event Cancellation

In the event that we are unable to sell a sufficient number of tickets for an event, we reserve the right to cancel the event and will process refunds within 15 business days.
